Hello Summer is a teaser for what will be a mixed media short film telling the story of a family on their summer holiday. A combination of hand-drawn animation and a stop-motion animation of objects, the concept was born from Martin's childhood memories of family holidays.
Martin's creative and colourful animation style imbues the atmosphere of sun into the visuals, not tied to any specific location or time, the film is purely a love letter to sun-soaked days.
