Wacom One

Bright and playful illustrations encouraging artists to unlock ideas.

Hannah Warren was asked to create the hero artwork to promote Wacom’s new tablet; Wacom One.

Iris Agency asked Hannah to create artwork that resonated with Wacom’s idea and product values. A pen display targeted at “absolute beginners”, a device that lets users unlock their ideas. The piece was to embody a sense of play, exploration and capture a sense of optimism that is commonly felt to anyone who is a beginner and starting their journey into the world of creativity – working digitally for the first time.

Hannah’s illustration needed to not only fit the proportions of the Wacom screen, but also be adaptable enough to have five isolated characters that could be used across the webpage and other assets. The illustration was also brought to life in animation by our very own KITCHEN.

The final artwork was used on screen on the product in all communications including packaging and online. It was also used separately from the product image as a key visual alongside the five isolated characters to represent the product across a variety of touchpoints.
