

Nicki joins 2026 UK Young Lions Jury
Jelly's Joint MD and Global Head of Artist Management Nicki Field has been invited to join the Design jury at UK Young Lions 2026.
The UK Young Lions Competition is a prestigious, free-to-enter creative contest for advertising and marketing professionals aged 30 or under. Organized by the Advertising Association and PRCA, it challenges teams of two to solve a brief within 24 hours to win a spot representing the UK at the global Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Nicki brings to the jury a deep understanding of what it means to build a creative career with intention; championing artists, supporting distinctive voices, and holding the highest standard of quality for craft.
Sitting alongside an exceptional panel of design leaders from across the industry - including experts at Saatchi & Saatchi, Accenture Song, McCann, AMV, adam&eve TBWA, We Are Social, VCCP and Ogilvy - she'll be helping to shape which young teams earn the chance to represent the UK on the world stage.
