Working with Pulsar, the world's leading audience intelligence platform, Lucy crafted abstract inter-connected scenes with symbolic meanings for Pulsar’s new visual identity. Pulsar harnesses data so that their clients have access to insights that get to the heart of their businesses and customers. Translating the brand’s ethos into metaphorical visuals that transform and shift, Constellation represents the shifting of data to form a wider organic community picture.
Lucy crafted key visual symbols to represent the different behaviour sets that are integral to Pulsar, creating playful visuals through the combinations of key markers such as prisms, waves and curves.
Representing the network of connected communities, the constellation forms collide and connect, triggering further visual changes within the artwork.
Driven by the concept of representing the facets of audiences as geometric shapes, prisms in the piece are shapes of continuous evolution.
Referencing Lucy’s passion for glass-blowing, the riptide elements explore the concept of undulating movement, prompting change.
Crafted to organically visualise data as a positive change, curves serve to be the visual marker of change under the surface.
