KFC 'Bucketverse'
Eva and Boomranng banish the bland for a KFC rebrand.
A bold approach, a global perspective, and an iconic motif to “banish the bland and turn up the finger lickin’“ Boomranng and Eva craft illustrations for KFC.
Brief
As part of a global rebrand by JKR centred on the iconic KFC bucket, Boomranng and Eva were approached to create designs for the ‘Bucketverse’, representing their home countries and illustration styles.
With a goal to reflect KFC’s international presence as well as being creatively exciting and bold, Eva and Boomranng brought their signature attitude and fresh perspectives to the campaign. Working alongside three other global artists, each design took inspiration from their heritage and was a large-scale collaborative interpretation of the brand values.

They briefed me with the idea of turning the iconic bucket into a character and adding a lot of playful elements and ingredients to add some energy to it. I think the final result is finger licking’ good!’
