Working with luxury travel accessory brand Rimowa, Alexis crafted a visual exploration of their travel philosophy, grounding the piece in Rimowa’s iconic aluminium suitcase design and crafting a captivating narrative around the traveller’s journey in a short animation.
Tasked with designing a short piece titled ‘Travelling with Purpose’ Alexis set out to craft a distinctly Rimowa branded looping animation that follows the customer journey to wherever they fly to. Paying homage to the brand’s functional design and 128-year heritage, Alexis’ piece combines structure with narrative, crafting an instantly recognisable piece of brand storytelling.
Featuring soft gradients, hazy nostalgic textures and tactile metallic finishes, Alexis approached this project with his usual passion for the abstract and fluid, creating a piece that transports the viewer.
